1991 – foundation of company. The fields of activity included various sorts of metalwork ? silo loaders, footrests, silo combine spare parts, etc. The products were exported to Finland.
1994 – the import of steel roofs and rainwater piping systems from Finland started. The export of metal products continued.
1995 – the company?s turnover reached 5 million kroons. The company employed 5 persons.
1996 – production premises acquired. The company had 10 employees.
1997 – AS Toode construction department founded. We were among the first to offer the installation service alongside selling/manufacturing.
1998 – TARTU branch office opened.
1999 – the production of tiled profiles and TP20 trapezium profile started in Saue. The deadlines shortened, the clientele expanded very rapidly. The RAKVERE branch was opened and the first cross-border subsidiary started its activities in RIGA. The company?s Internet website was created.
2000 – AS Toode was awarded the ISO9001 certificate of fulfillment of quality management requirements. We were the first among sellers to start offering the possibility of purchase of roofing materials by installments.
2001 – the VÕRU subsidiary was opened. The VILNIUS office started its activities in Lithuania as the second overseas subsidiary.
2002 – New branch offices were opened in PAIDE, PÄRNU, VILJANDI and JÕHVI.
2003 – the production of TP15 and TP45 profiles launched in Saue
2004 – New branch offices were opened in PÕLVA,HIIUMAA,VALGA and JÕGEVA.
